4 Person Training

Strength Training

Our integrated strength training system is delivered in a 3 day per week full body training split. Each session is capped at 4 people to maximize the balance of individual attention and a team atmosphere. We write down your weights. We coach you individually based on your experience and training age.

Underground Underdawgs No purchase required to enroll

Our youth training program for ages 11-16. This program is designed for kids and teens to develop confidence in the gym and learn how to have fun training within a supportive team based coaching environment. Delivered on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Underground between 3pm and 4:30pm. This program is limited to 12 and new enrollment periods begin every 3 months.

Hybrid Athlete Training (Hyrox)

Supplemental energy systems and conditioning workouts focused to improving work capacity, VO2 max, and mental toughness in a supportive 4 person environment. Each session is measured and scored to promote improved accountability and maximize progress.
